Founded in 2019, Heznek is a privately held investment and holding company operating across real estate acquisition, portfolio management, and private credit - disciplines cultivated over years of hands-on capital deployment.

We do not manage public money, and we do not chase trends. Our business is built on relationships, disciplined underwriting, and a long-term orientation. The firm remains intentionally small - moving with conviction, not pressure.

We didn't start as a fund. We started as operators - with our own capital, learning the market from the inside.

Phase 01
Acquisitions & Renovation

Acquiring undervalued residential properties, repositioning through disciplined renovation and timely exits. This phase forged our underwriting instincts - lessons no classroom teaches.

Phase 02
Portfolio & Income

Converting select assets into a durable rental portfolio - building predictable income and long-term appreciation. Management discipline and tenant selection defined this chapter.

Phase 03
Private Lending Fund

Drawing on years of origination experience, we launched a private lending fund - deploying asset-backed capital to qualified operators while delivering structured returns to investors.
